What are some Halloween movies that aren't scary?

Movies a 9 year old girl (who's into a bit of everything...from Pokemon to the Beatles. I'm not sure about her movie preferences though) might like. The only one I can think of is the Nightmare Before Christmas, and I know she doesn't like that...

i was about to answer SCARY MOVIE series (it's actually a halloween comedy, really really funny)

but if you have a 9 year old, you should just watch Casper, the adam's family of s****. doo

The best halloween classic is charlie brown and the great pumpkin (technically "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"). I love it and it definately isn't scary.

I personally like The Worst Witch, was a tv show in the mid 80's, and has a G rating. Aslo maybe Beetlejuice, mid 80's movie and a PG rating.  For more info look at sources urls.

Monster Squad is about some kids that befriend Frankenstein, Dracula, the Wolfman and the Mummy.  It's from the late 80's and fun for kids but agonizing for adults.
