What are some Older Girls Birthday Party Themes?

I am a middle school student and want a good party that isn't babyish. I don't want any movie or t.v show themes.

you could have a black and white party....everyone having to dress in black in white....it looks really cool and classic looking...very sophisticated.

I'm in high school, but here are two past themes I've used:

arabian nights- serve middle eastern food (kabobs can be easily made on your grill) listen to belly dance music, and watch a movie like Aladdin or something else  middle eastern

garden party- have everyone wear a sundress, serve pink lemonade or ice tea, and hold it in your garden! if you don't have a nice garden, fill you party area with pretty potted plants and flowers

Im turning 11 on August 16th the best thing to do is not have a theme what I am doing is I am ordering this thing where they have a DJ paintball face painting. Bounce house water slide water slide bounce houses cotton candy popcorn its really good to they even have themes that come with it and they clean up your parents dont have to do a thing and they have awesome goodie bags =]

go completly in the opposite direction go for like cowboy theme or pirate theme or something

your friends will think it is ironic and funny

or you could do stripper theme or dead celebrity theme

Star Couples(where people have to pair up and dress like star couples, like angie n brad, something like that!)

depends on where u r. if u live in the tropical weather u might want haiwii if u live in other than that then pool party or just chill around the house w some sodas, snacks games and music. u can use pool table if u have some or play guessture but idk this is more of high school party. middle school girls r young not older girls. costume party can b fun for no reason but not in the summer.
