What are some acceptable ways to return graded papers according to FERPA?

Question

I am looking for acceptable ways to return teacher graded papers to students that follows FERPA. This will be my first year to teach and I want to make sure I follow every policy and law possible. Can someone give me some thoughts and ideas?
