  1. definitly excersizing but not too much....

    and if u want to boost ur motabolism, eat LOTs of small meals throughout the day! wen u eat, dont eat HUGE meals take them down a bite or 5 LOL


  2. bananas and water. also tea. both work. if you feel full.... burp and it makes you feel slimer and full at the same time.

  3. In one night .IMPOSSIBLE!!

    but if you wanna look slimmer

    try wearing clothes that make you

    feel slim clothes that fit you .. some

    good activitys probally running . or swimming

    wich i hear is the best way to tone your body

    and stuff like that .. but if your lookin to get

    slim in one night..its not ganna happen sorry.
