  1. Toronto and Halifax have the largest black populations. You have to realize that Canada is basically a homogeneous society. It's 87% white European. The black population of Canada is only 3.2%.

  2. Toronto has the most.

as for london... it depends on what you classify as "a lot"

  3. Larger cities. Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge have same population.

Toronto, mainly Scarborough and nearby suburbs of Brampton and Mississauga have a larger amount.

London, I imagine is similar to K-W.

EDIT: Sam's answer is absolutely correct.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Toranto

  5. No offense intended, but I'm guessing that you are most likely American.  As most Americans see race first and are much more self-segregated than Canadians.  I'm guessing you want to visit the country and want to be in a place with a high black population because you may feel more comfortable being around people who are the same race as you.  I am a black Canadian who now lives in the States, and I can tell you from my experience of living here for 11 years (I have lived in three different states and a total of six different cities) black Americans and black Canadians are extremely different.  Black Canadians don't have the same history of slavery, and so while we can understand and feel compassionate, the need to be racially conscious or only hang out socially with our "own" kind is not there.  Interracial dating isn't just "black and white" in Canada, it is Korean and Chinese, Indian and Black, White, etc., etc.,  The first time I was called the N word, was in the U.S. at the age of 25 by another adult, my entire life at the time I'd never been called a racial slur in Canada, I had only lived in the US for 3 months when that happened.  Everything is not "white and black" in Canada.  Unfortunately, Canada is not free from racists, but we are far more tolerant of differences and incidents of racism are rare in comparison to the U.S.   You should visit and expand your horizons, and focus on seeing what the country and all Canadians (not just the black ones) have to offer.  You will find that most of the black people you come across are hanging out socially with people of other races as well as their own, and there is no "drive" to self-segregate.  To highlight the difference between the two nationalities, it is highly doubtful that a black Canadian would ask this question on the U.S. question page.
