Trinity College.  Its library holds the Book of Kells.

I've always found the Guinness to be quite entertaining.

Go to Collins Barracks.  Its one of the four buildings that make up the National Museum of Ireland.  If you like history you can spend an afternoon in there, never see the same thing twice, and never be bored.  Its so interesting, and the exhibits are fascinating.  I loved it when I was in Dublin.
