  1. okay, energy drinks will not alter your manhood. however, energy drinks have a lot of citric acid and can actually rot your esophagus if consumed on a daily basis, also, it can cause anal leakage because of the way the carbonation and acid work together.

i would try to stay away from it, or at least drink it once a week if at all.

maybe try to find other substitutes to give you that sugar rush, maybe even coffee or granola bars.

  2. The only one thing bad about most energy drinks is that they are filled with lots of sugar. So at first you are on a sugar high and then you crash very badly. But there is a energy drink out their that has 0 sugar and taste great. it is a little bit more expensive then your fav red bull. go to: stutt.qhealthzone.com Click on sports nutrition and then click energy. you can then click on drink to check out it nutritional content. it also comes in 10 different flavors. Check it out. I hope this helps

  3. Well iunno about all that but I DO know they make you crash...badly...after a little while but if you ask me I seriously doubt that they can make your "little brother" shrink

  4. Red Puke? Oh yuck!!!

Most people get the slightest bit of information and they jaw it around and show their true ignorance.

Energy drinks are not designed for kids or even early to mid teens. I say this because that is what it sounds like from your post. Also we should not consume more than 2 in a day. Even the makers of healthy energy drinks will say this.

Now energy drinks in moderation will not harm you. It is just that they are not great for you. They are liked supped up sodas. Extra sugars and caffeine and calories. While it gives you energy it will make you crash afterwards, just as soda will but worse.

Once the basic usage of the sugar and caffeine wear off you can carsh. If you are underhydrated it is much worse of an effect. Caffeine takes more water process than a caffeinated beverage contains so it actually dehydrates. Since that water used to process the caffeine is long gone by the time the crash stars then it needs to be replaced or you feel the crash more. Drink a glass of water 15 - 30 minutes after having a caffeinated drink and the crash will be deminished.

People have been bad mouthing other ingredients in energy drinks too like taurine and guarana. However, taurine actually is an amino acid that is part of the make up of all other amino acides. It is in the heart, nervious system, skeletal muscles and bile. People here bile and start spouting off that it is bad. Gurana is a decent stimulant but really can only be bad if too much is used because of the amount of caffeine it contains.

Get enough water, sleep and nutrtion and you will find little need for energy drinks. There simply is no replacement for sleep. We need 1 ounce of water for every 2 pound of body weight and 8 more ounces for every 20 minute of excercise. Additional amount will be needed for warm and dry climates or for consuming alcohol and caffeine (both of which dehydrate). Having enough fluids will increase our motabolism and energy levels by 3%. Supplementing your diet with quality vitamins/minerals will also increase your motabolism and energy levels. We all should be supplementing anyhow so it is not like you are replacing energy drinks for supplements.
