What are some basic somewhat healthy foods for gaining weight?

  1. Cheeses. Ice Cream. Rich Desserts...  NONE of these foods are good for You in Excess. But they're ALL good to gain weight on, as LONG as You don't Overdo it !  :)  


  2. Eat foods high in protein.  Eat some roast beef sandwiches, turkey and ham.  Eat more carbs, like spaghetti, but try using whole wheat pasta or veggie pasta.  Eat low fat meat, but MORE of it.  Don't go overboard.  This will help you increase your protein and muscle mass, not fat.
