What are some benefits to drinking lots of water?

  1. Your skin will be healthier, it filters out your kidneys, it's just generally good for your body.


  2. Your entire body functions so much better when it is well hydrated.  People learn more easily, have more pep, fewer headaches, all body systems function better, it cleanses your liver, flushes out toxins from your body, helps you have prettier, healthier looking skin, and helps keep you from overeating.

  3. water up to a point is beneficial, the wrong type is not so good, try to drink one that is not fluoridated or chlorinated.  

    Too much can kill you so keep it to two quarts at the most, if you wake during the night then cut back on the amount of water you are drinking.

    Several books on water to show how many benefits there are available.

    I have a few here but the "The complete book of water healing" by Bateman would be good but many others.

  4. It cleanses you and you don't get bad headaches. You also get to live.

  5. It flushes you system good... And you won't have to reinstall Windows for a while.
