  1. This should help for blackheads. Rub oatmeal paste on face, leave it to dry for 15 minutes and scrub well before washing off with cold water.  Check out  http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

  2. This might sound gross - but...

Take a very *thin* - very sharp needle.  Use a magnified mirror and very carefully lift the blackhead out.  Clean with a bit if rubbing alcohol.

Be careful not to damage your skin, nor irritate it and you have a nose like Rudolph.

You can invest in Proactive.  You can buy their skin mask at a local mall.  Use the littlest dab on your areas and leave overnight.  Don't put too much on.  A tube should last you a year or more.

    Good luck.

  3. NONE of the so called "Black head removel" washes actualy work, the only thing that works is a good exfoliant, like the St. Ives Apricot scrub, only problem is it irritates your skin, so I would recommend using it before you sleep, so your not stuck with red skin all day. I use it mainly on my nose, cause I only get black heads there nothing else, I wouldn't recommend it for the rest of your face.

L'oreal anti acne stuff has a gentle exfoliant, which helps remove dead skin cells from the rest of your face, but not so good on the blackheads, but less irritating then other scrubs. =) gl hope I helped.

  4. the wave

  5. I "did" have that problem. But then I tried Sebreeze. It works really great. I put it on in the morning, afternoon, and before I go to sleep. It comes in like pink, purple, turquoise, and yellow. Just make sure you apply 3 times a day!

    Hope I Helped =)

  7. Hi: Blackheads on the nose cause problems because of the large pores collect dust and dirt easy. Keep the area clean with warm soap n water n dry with cold water (closes the pores). If you r away from home take some cleansing pads with U (like stridex). keep your hands away from your face n don't pick at your nose (lots of germ in the nose). An astringent may help close the pores after u clean them. U can put a thin layer of petroleum jelly on your nose at bedtime to keep dust from entering the pores while u sleep (not in the nose) on the nose. maybe others have some more ideas.. Have a good day.

  8. It's advisable to see what is working for other people with the same problem before attempting to buy anything. If it works for someone with tons of blackheads, it should work the same for you too, right?!

I know many people have been using the BLAKhead masque to get rid of unwanted blackheads especially on the nose area. It has worked very well for me & people that I know. The best thing is that it's gentle on the skin yet effective in removing blackheads. It contains charcoal ingredients that also absorbs excess oil from the pores.

See the pictures on the blog to believe...!

  9. Give yourself a facial at home! It cleans you up!

    1. Wash your hands, put on some gloves.

    2. Get a bowl of boiling water, place your face above it, and a towel covering your head and the bowl, for 10 to 15 minutes until your pores open.

    3. Pop the black heads, with q-tips, they won't scar since your pores are opened.

    4. Place your face in a bowl of cold water with some ice.

    5. Wash your face with neutrogena deep clean face wash.

It's been keeping me black head - free for the past two years! Good luck!

    Love,

             Mel.
