  1. im 13, and i eat grilled cheese in the morningg, haha:)

  2. seriously dude, umm cheese toast and some grapes

  3. Grilled cheese is great in the morning. So is leftover pizza.

Consider a peanut butter and honey, or peanut butter and banana sandwich. Lots of protein.

At your age I was frying up my own eggs. What you can do is break a couple of eggs into a bowl, put in a dash of milk, then whip it together with a fork, then soak some bread in it then flip to cover the other side, and then transfer it to a hot skillet with some butter already melted in it... voila! French Toast!  You can put a little pancake syrup on it. That also has a lot of protein.

  4. eggs

  5. I love having an egg in the hole its tastes good

and its really easy to make.

    INGREDIENTS

    one egg

    bread

    butter

    salt and pepper (optional)

    DIRECTIONS

    1. heat up your skillet on medium heat and grease it

    so it doesn't stick.

    2. Using a juice glass or cookie cutter, cut a hole from the center of the bread slices.

    3. put butter on the remaining bread. (around the hole you just cut out)

    4. put the bread into your heated skillet (buttered side facing down)

    5. as the bread fries crack an egg and drop it into the hole. season with salt and pepper to taste.

TIP: if you want the yolk and the whites mixed you can crack the egg into a bowl, mix, then add the egg to the hole.

6.When the egg is just set, after about 2 minutes, turn the bread

slice. Cook the other side for another 2 minutes and serve.

    Enjoy!
