i nedd something thall hepl my long distance running besides running alot because my mom never lets me go for a run alone and she never wants to go with me so im not aloud. (safety issues lol)

  1. Jumping,running in place

    i meant jump rope lol


  2. Try Russian lunges. These are killer. Get in a low lunge position, hold that for 10 seconds then jump out of the lunge position as high as you can 6 times; hold another 10 seconds and jump 3 times; hold 10 seconds and jump one more time. Hold weight as you get stronger.
