Depends on the direction of the change.  The last warm period was a boon to Greenlanders because they were able to farm the land.  The Little Ice Age decimated the population of Greenland as the farms were covered by the advancing glaciers.

at least they are unlikely to be wiped out by upset innuit and marauding bergundian pirates, like last time (the weather was only a small part of their problems, the never were an independent colony, they relied on trade with norway).
