What are some cheap banquet halls in Philadelphia area?

I am looking for a banquet facility that is under $1500 for a reception of of about 150 people in the Philadelphia area. And it needs to be a place where I can have the actual wedding ceremony as well. Any locations or suggestions?

Hi.  You understand that that is just $10 per person, right?  I don't think you will find anywhwere in or near Philadelphia for that.  Even if you had it at someone's house, a caterer would charge more than that.  I know that there are some cheap, nice halls on Southampton Road.  Check the places below.
