What are some chronic diseases that would cause you not to be able to do physical labour?

cystic fibrosis, the mucous membranes in your body brake down, you cant eat a lot of foods because the lining of your stomach becomes sensitive and brakes down and your lungs fill with mucous and you have to go to the physio and get the mucous broken down and cough it up
