  1. dumb bell push presses,overhead squats,rowing,kettle bell swings,power cleans


  2. sprinting followed by push-ups, followed by more sprinting and sit-ups, followed by more sprinting and pull-ups. push yourself to do as much as you can. this will improve core strength and fitness  remember to do a jog to warm up and stretch the muscles at the end to help prevent stiffness. if you are doing high intensity exercise like this remember to take a day off before doing it again to let your body recover.
