I am selling the service for a parking lot seal coat topping application. Once applied it will help to increase the life of the blacktop for twice as long.The product that my company uses is the best that money can buy & is applied so that it will last for up to 3 years before needing a recoating..All in all it's a sure thing.What frustrates me is that I know that by using this service the prospective will end up saving a bundle but people just aren't getting it.Not to mention that it makes for a new blacktop look. We also re- line the entire lot.In these times where everyones watching their pennies- what would be some practicle ways of going about finding worthwhile customers to be ?
