What are some colleges or/and universities that teach Romansh?

Concordia University in Montreal, Canada offered it as a "Special Topics in Linguistics" in the 1992-1993 or 1993-94 school year.

why do you want to learn romansch? it is almost a useless language. unless your parents speak it and you want to learn but  all people who know romancsh know another swiss language.

Do you mean in Switzerland or elsewhere in the world?

I know the University of Geneva has a complete program for Romansh, and most likely many other Swiss universities do, too. I would think coming to Switzerland would be the best way to study it considering how uncommon it is in Switzerland in the first place, let alone elsewhere in the world.
