  1. I would check the AACSB's website. The AACSB is an international agency that accredits business schools. Whatever school you choose I would make sure it is accredited by them. They are the only accreditation agency. Good luck!

The link I will provide lists all the schools with their accreditation. The schools in PA with accreditation are ...

    Bloomsburg University

    Carnegie Mellon University

    Clarion University of Pennsylvania

    Drexel University

    Duquesne University

    Indiana University of Pennsylvania

    King's College

    LaSalle University

    Lehigh University

    University of Pennsylvania

    The Pennsylvania State University

The Pennsylvania State University at Erie, The Behrend College

The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg

The Pennsylvania State University Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies

    University of Pittsburgh

    Saint Joseph's University

    University of Scranton

    Shippensburg University

    Susquehanna University

    Temple University

    Villanova University

    West Chester University

    Widener University

  2. University of Pennsylvania has the top marketing program in Pennsylvania; however, if you are worrying about not getting into Pitt, you probably will not be able to get into UPenn.  My advice is to get into the best college you can get into (and remember, you can always transfer if you don't get into your top choice right away) and study hard.  I just recently got into an MBA program myself and the thing that most schools care about are GMAT scores, work experience (after college professional work experience) and then gpa.  Best of luck!

  3. Texas A & M

  4. I have to laugh at someone saying "Harvard" -- because they don't offer undergraduate business degrees.

The best undergraduate B-Schools in Pennsylvania are Penn (Wharton), Villanova, Lehigh and Penn State.  All would be better than Pitt -- but Pitt is probably fifth.

In order to get an MBA, you will need to get an undergraduate degree first.  The better MBA programs also want you to have three to five years of work experience.  While Pitt would be OK for an undergraduate degree, I would not recommend getting an MBA at Pitt unless you are unable to get into a better school.
