  1. Romany is the language of the minority of the Sinti and Roma people it is officially recognised as a minority language but there are no colleges or universities teaching it.

    Romansh is one out of the 4 official languages of Switzerland not Germany so it is not taught here in Germany.

    It is mainly spoken in the Swiss Kanton Graubünden/Grisons(sorry don't know the name in English) so probably there will be some colleges where it is taught in this Kanton.
