  1. There are very FEW health problems seen in western societies these days due to improper nutrition.  Food is so plentiful and cheap that getting adequate nutrition is just not a problem.  However, in poor countries there are many people who have various health problems due to inadequate nutrition.  Mirasmus, kwashiorkor, rickets, scurvy are all seen.

  2. Almost all of them are caused by improper nutrition or lack of exercise. In the U.S. we eat a lot of unhealthy additives approved by the FDA. We are made ill by eating FOOD. We microwave it and kill all of the nutrients. We eat out of teflon coated pans that further effect our health. We are lazy and we deserve to be ill. It is our choice and we are commiting suicide at the dinner table following government guidelines. Think about it and continue what you are doing. You WILL get ill and die.

  3. you can get common colds/flu much easier and it will be a lot harder to recover

low blood count, low iron, low calcium.

Some of the things you can get is pegrella(was a widespread ailment in Spain once because people didn't get enough fruits/vegetables and and always ate the same thing)

Lack of protein can actually lead to muscle deterioration.  Lack of vitamin C causes a weak immune system--and believe it or not, it can cause dental problems.  Lack of vitamin D can cause cancer, and it also can lead to depression....there are too many side effects of improper nutrition to list them all....

  4. All health problems are cause by improper nutrition.
