What are some constructive ways to help stabilize Palestinian society and introduce democracy?

Why should they introduce democracy? they have their own government and the rest of the world needs to respect that. And for the people commenting about how much they hate Israel please stop watching FOX and CNN and do your own research of why they hate Israel so much.

Democracy, will do no good until they change their attitude.  They have to get over the notion that they are going to kill Israelis and take back their percieved territories.  Israel is not the problem.  Clearly, it is the Palestinians that refuse to live in peace.  The way to stabilize it is by not allowing Palestinians to build up a military as a proxy of other forces, particularly Iran.   Until the world, or perhaps the US, deals with Iran, lasting peace in the region is impossible.

The Palestinians should stop teaching their children to hate the Israelis.  Teaching hate is never good and does harm to the children's' souls.  I have never heard that the Israelis are teaching their children to hate Palestinians, but if they are, the same goes for them.  A spirit of compromise and fairness should be promoted.

Get them to love their kids as much as they hate the Israelis.

They should spend money on food and infrastructure, not kassams and bombs.
