I like to put little faces on my balls. Then I know if it's mine or not and it lightens my mood while playing. I'll put three different faces on three different balls and when I pull one out of my pocket ont he next tee, it's a little suprise that get's my mind off of the last hole.

Being cool means you are not worried about what other people think so just mark your ball with a small dot or line and worry about playing well.

Yes a small mark is good.

I like to use the Gibson Flying-V guitar as my mark.  Kind of looks like an arrow.

Hendrix played one, Michael Schenker, KK Downing, etc.....
