For a monologue you might want to take something that you can relate to. What makes a great actor is being able to relate to what you are doing. A great tip I'll give you is that once you have a monologue you are comfortable saying you then must find a person in your life that you can picture you saying this too. Another way is that for any monologue you have to say to yourself what do I need this person to do. Don't think of what you want this person to do you have to think "what do I need to do". For example, Love. I don't want this person to love me, I need to make them love me. I know it might be confusing but it really does work.

As for your monologue I really can't suggest any only because you might want to think, what do I want to talk about. Then research it.

Where the heart is there is a scene where they are describing a rape incident i think it is very powerful between ashley judd and natilie portman basically ashley judd  character pouring her heart out to natilie portmans character
