What are some cool off-the-beat songs?

I love music but sometimes I get bored with what I have in iTunes. I love pretty much everything, mostly broadway shows and classic rock, but I want to hear some cool, new, not-well-known artists! Any suggestions?

    anyway, i love their cover of going under. you wouldn't think that they'd be able to do it without guitars and stuff, but it sounds amazing.
