What are some cool things you can do in Kingston Ontario?

I am going there for june and i am wondering about how i can enjoy the most out of kingston . . .

Dock at the marina that's pretty much right next to the prison, and chill out with a cocktail on a sailboat. (yeah, that's what I did but I haven't a clue what you can do) :-))

It really depends on how old you are and what you like to do.  Kingston is a city of around 100k people (not counting residents in the many jails) and more in its catchment area.  There are museums, gallerys, historic buildings and old fort henry.  Kingston and the 1000 islands are a good place to go scuba diving, sailing, bikeing and just plain walking.  In the area there are lots of clubs with some really good and really bad music depending on your tastes.
