"There's alot way more to me than what meets the eye."

I am correcting my friend's grammar and spelling, but I am debating whether I should use the word "what" and if it would make sense without it.

So far I have it written like this

"There is a lot more to me than what meets the eye."

  1. There's alot more to me than what meets the eye. Yours makes sense too. Also, "There's way more to me than what meets the eye."

  2. there's alot more to me than meets the eye

    ditch the what

  3. There is much more to me than meets the eye.

    My still waters run deep.

What you see of me is just the tip of the iceberg.

Although you see one part of me, I have many faces ( or many facets, or many sides)

Never judge a book by its cover, I have many stories.

  4. 'There's a lot more to me than meets the eye.' No 'what' needed.
