There are a lot of pre-school books that you and her can read together. She practices reading skills, learns about our Lord and can discuss the pictures.

They have books at wal-mart and of course any christian book store.

The kids prayer books are awsome.

She can share a prayer with you every night at bedtime.

One good idea would be about the Garden of Eden. You coudl sit down with her and read the bible and say ok God created this and have her draw it and put what day on top of the page. Start with the heavan and the earth and so on.

When I was about three or four, my parents bought a Children's Bible Picture Book... it told the basic stories in about two pages, and we read one every night before bed.

A good set is "Read Aloud Bible Stories" by Ella K. Lindvall.

If you're christian, sunday school is a great place for creative and fun learning. Take part in all the kid's church activities, and she will enjoy it while she learns.

Get a "sing-a-long" DVD of Bible songs that she can watch and sing-a-long.

You can get the "J J The Jet Plane" DVD series.  Each one has a certain Bible truth they try to teach as you watch the adventures of JJ and his friends.

You can get the "Veggie Tales" DVD series.  Each one has a Bible story they retell using Veggie Tales characters acting out the parts like Joshua at Jericho, Jonah and the Whale, etc.

You can get the "Thomas the Tank Engine" DVD series (My daughter loved it, though we got them for my son.) where a certain Bible truth is taught with each one, though it is not as clear that it is the Bible.  Sir Topum Hat is the type for Christ and the different engines like Thomas, Percy, James, Gordon, etc. would be in the roles of the different disciples.

My kids have watched these for years and still like them from time to time.

First, you have to be in the Faith also, trying to make her a beIiever when you're not practicing the Faith is hippicritical.

I agree with the tomato lady.....Sunday School is the best place to start.

I am a Sunday school teacher for 5 year olds, I tell Bible stories with creative zeal. We also have memory verses for them to learn. It is sad, because most parents don't help them learn it through the week, but they all say/or read it on Sunday.

Make sure however you decide to teach her about the Lord you model it your self.
