What are some cute room ideas? PLEASE HELP!!!?

I'm re-doing my room, and I want some cute room ideas. I'm looking for ideas like a mailbox, a room doorbell... things like that. Stuff that nobody has, and will make my room extra cute and special. Websites and links would help, too.

Try Pier 1 or IKEA to find interesting stuff or go to garage sales.  You will most likely find one of a kind things at garage sales that have character.
