I have to do a chart for science. What are a few cycles in the human body? Something that is a continuous process. I've already got menstrual. What else? I can't think of any more. Thanks!!!

  1. Circulation? Respiration? Much shorter, granted, but I'd still consider them cycles.

  2. Good God, your a girl and you forgot all about the Menstrual Cycle?  That's pretty hard to forget.......

And how about the life cycle.....from birth to death......from puberty through adolescence; teen to adult; middle-aged to old age.......

  3. digestion. blood flow.

  4. breathing, digestion, blood circulation. hair growth? just a few suggestions

  5. Krebs Cycle- (cell respiration) it takes the sugars from food and oxygen to make ATP (energy)

Mitosis (Cell reproduction)- the process of cells splitting to make new cells.

Meiosis (reproductive cell reproduction)- the same as mitosis, but doubly long and for sperm/eggs.

There are charts/animations all over the internet for great charts.  Hope this helps.

  6. The circadian (spelling) cycle that is the day and night cycle.  Depends on the amount of daylight.  Include jet lag and all that.

Digestion is a cycle of intake and outgo.

Seasons can be a reason for cycles in some people.

Ah well, can't think of anything.  Brain clog.
