What are some decent songs i should learn on my guitar?

I have a regular acoustic and I just got an acoustic 12-string that I'm going to make babies with. It's amazing.

Anyway I want to learn some songs that sound good on a 12 string, but also songs that I could play on my regular acoustic. I would appreciate some finger picking songs as well.

I'm definitely not on an expert level, but I think I could figure out a challenging song if i worked at it.

i am SICK of my stupid beginner guitar book and I want to learn some good songs. tab links would be pleasant.

Oooh, I'm not sure about songs for a 12-string guitar...but for the regular 6-string I suggest (for fingerpicking) "Blackbird" by the Beatles.
