  1. pearl barley - soups and stuffings

    molassis - baking and cookies and homemade steak sauces and BBQ

    honey - cereal and baking

    cracked wheat - hot cereal

    dried currants/cranberries or raisins - baking and cookies

    jalepeno's - omelettes, chili, sauces

    garlic - just about everything (one of the best anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agents you can find!)

    any fresh fruits and veggies you can afford.


  2. Marmite. Gives you all the B vitamins you need and is totally delicious, on hot buttered toast. UMMMMMMMMM going to make some now!!! x
