  1. I have the same problem too! I'll stick around for these answers... you have to keep your legs straight as possible and push your hips forward, arch your back, **stare at your hands!!**... really jump back onto those hands and your legs will follow.


  2. Practice handstand snapdowns. Make sure you rebound in a hollow position leaning backwards. Push off your arms as you throw your legs down.
