What are some easy LOW calorie recipes and snacks. Please.?

For instance One of my FAVORITE is real garlic bread. I take low calorie bread (35 calories a slice). Spread it with 1 teaspoon margarine. Add on top- small pieces of fresh garlic spaced out very evenly. Usually 1/3 of clove for each piece of bread.

I put it in a toaster oven of a regular oven (350-400 degrees) for 5-9 minutes.

Tastes awesome and it is 60 calories a slice.! Garlic is also amazingly healthy for you.

I need more easy things like this to help me stick to my diet

  1. If you like vegetables..... I love asparagus with cottage cheese. If you like dipping vegies in ranch try dipping them in plain yogurt mixed with chopped cucumber and a little mint. Salads are always good, you can use any vegies you like just find a low fat dressing...


  2. peanut butter on celery.

    carrots,

    Glucerna brand of snacks and shakes for diabetics or any of those foods in that group, their like 90 or 100 calories per snack.
