For instance One of my FAVORITE is real garlic bread. I take low calorie bread (35 calories a slice). Spread it with 1 teaspoon margarine. Add on top- small pieces of fresh garlic spaced out very evenly. Usually 1/3 of clove for each piece of bread.I put it in a toaster oven of a regular oven (350-400 degrees) for 5-9 minutes.Tastes awesome and it is 60 calories a slice.! Garlic is also amazingly healthy for you.I need more easy things like this to help me stick to my diet
