What are some easy and effective conman tricks?

please can you give answers that tell me how to do a conman act,for real. let them be easy to do and not telling me to rob a car or some ***** because i just want about 20 quid.

After you are elected you can con people into believing such things as global warming is due to  the wickedness of people who do things like go on holiday by jet or drive their cars to visit friends and so propose a big tax on such activities to bring in huge sums of money for you to claim in expenses.
