Game:

If its warm, I take my kids on the porch and line up 12 transparent bottles and a big bowl. I fill the bottles half full with water and ease a drop of different food coloring in each. They can't get enough of mixing and splashing.

Craft:

Paper and color pens. Never gets old.

my little girl LOVES drawing faces on rocks we find on the ground. we call them rock people, then we have the rock family and it wouldnt be complete without rock pets...lol

she also loves dancing to anything. little kids love to dance.

some things i used to love were playing with play doh, and making butterflies by folding a piece of paper with blots of paint in half. it's clean too. however chances are they might eat the play doh.

At this age it should be open ended. It is about the process and not the end result. I would say a lot of collage actvites w/ whatever you find around your house. Painting at the easl(good for large motor)

This website is one that we use a lot  in our childcare program when we have preschoolers which is rare we have mostly infants and toddlers but it does help in planning some great activities
