  2. go to  your walmart,target and go down the snack ile there is a bunch of stuff...

    chips

  5. trail mix, string cheese, fruit, granola bars, dried fruit

  6. hmm...it depends on your work setting, whether or not you can eat at your desk, etc. I usually get those "gogurts", the yogurt in the stick to take on the go...trail mix granola bars are always good, or small bags of nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, etc.) I always carry a water bottle with me as well so I don't have to keep purchasing the water, I can just fill it up from the work's water cooler. anything on the go is great! hope this helps  

  7. well i eat healthy so here is my possible snacks::: apple, orange, string cheese, carrots or cucumbers with hummus, dry cereal, 100 calorie packs, grapes, almonds, yogurt, applesauce, pudding cup with rice cake, vitamuffins, turkey lunchmeat with cheese, fiber one bars, quaker bars, kashi bars, etc

  8. string cheese, fruit, popcorn, yogurt, pretzels, carrots celery and ranch.

  9. Cadbury hazelnut chocolates!

    Cascadian Farms harvest Berry [granola] Bars

    those apple pieces , already cut, that you get in the produce aisle

  11. I normally take some sandwiches, but also dinner leftovers to nuke at work, or a container of soup and a roll or bun.

  14. I tty to eat healthy on average days so this is what I bring along:

    Fresh cut up veggies such as carrots, cucumbers, and radishes.

    Fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes or banana

    A ziploc bag filled with a snack portion of almonds or other nuts.

    Kashi cereal bar

    Crackers spread with peanut butter

    whole grain type cereals that are easy to pick up with my hands.

    Dried fruit

    A couple of crackers with reduced fat piece of cheese
