  1. My Mom always made a veggie tray for any occasion.  She makes it really special by doing just a few things that take no time.

She serves it in a large round basket.  She covers the basket with plastic wrap and then covers the plastic wrap with romaine lettuce leaves.  She then cuts up the usual veggies: carrots, celery, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, etc.  The veggies are all centered around the veggie dip.  She buys a head of red cabbage for the dip.  She carves out a well in the cabbage and puts that in the middle of the basket and fills it with some sort of veggie dip.  It looks fantastic and is much more appealing than a plastic tray from the store.

    I hope this helps!

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    cooking spray

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1 packet hollandaise sauce

Cut your bread (muffins or biscuit) into bitesize cubes, about 1/2 inch. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, add milk and onion powder. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half your ham in the bottom of dish, then bread then ham again. Pour egg mixture over and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle paprika over casserole and cover again (tightly) using foil. Bake for 40 minutes, remove foil, return to oven for about 20 minutes more (until eggs are set). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
