What are some easy ways to gain weight?

I'm definitely not anorexic although that can be a easy first impression. But I am looking for healthy alternatives to gaining weight instead of just bulge eating.

    What you want is to rev your metabolism and start on a "clean" bulk.

    Eat a good ratio roughly 45% protein, 35% carbohydrate, and 20% fat and you will have great muscle gains. Eat your fruits and veggies, wheat instead of white, fat free if possible. If the ratio is right, then just increase caloric intake. Good bulk = body weight x 15-20 calories daily.

    If you are really stingy about fat gain, look into foods with a low glycemic index. I believe nutritiondata.com has a good explanation of glycemic index that you might want to take a look at.
