What are some easy ways to incorporate ground flax seed into my diet. ?

  1. simply add it to cereal, pancakes, bread, etc.  You can pretty much sprinkle it on anything you eat if you really want to eat more.  Just use it like salt or pepper.


  2. I mix mind in a protein shake.  If you don't have protein powder, you can blend it with fruit, yogurt or fruit juice and make a smoothie.

  3. I put mine in oatmeal.

  4. I put mine in Oatmeal or Ceral. Sometimes I will mix it into my protein shake
