What are some effective, natural ways to help me sleep?

I'm going to be taking a 14 hour plane ride and I always have a lot of trouble sleeping on planes. Are there any natural ways to help knock me out?

For example, I've heard drinking warm milk or chamomile tea helps you feel sleepy.

  3. valerian is pretty good

    a cannabis cookie or two before arriving at the airport always does it for me.

    hops also have a calming effect...

  4. I found it impossible to sleep until I started working out!  I do only 30 minutes a day and I sleep like a baby!  Plus my body is looking better already and I am not trying to lose weight, just stay fit!

  5. Try using up a lot of energy before your flight such as exercising.
