  2. An 11/12?  Doesn't that mean you are huge?  Oh well you need to shed more than 10-15 lbs.  I know how to.

If you really really want to lose signifigant weight in one week, then you will have to eat only 600 calories a day (you burn about 2200 calories per day on average, and with exercise you can burn up to 3000). Each 3500 calories lost, you lose a pound. So suppose that one day one, you eat very healthy cereal every meal, counting calories in both the cereal and the milk. You count 600 calories. If you go on a very strong run, you probably burned 3000 calories that day. That would mean that you lost 2400 calories on day one. Nearly a pound. Follow this to determine how quickly you will lose weight. If you do have a very slow metabolism you may only burn up to 2500 calories as supposed to 3000 calories, and with a very fast metabolism you might burn 3200 calories. Just count the calories and exercise as much as possible. If you are very devoted, you can lose five or six pounds over one week. Continue for a month and you can lose up to twenty-four pounds. Then after you have reached your weight goal make sure your calorie intake equals your calorie consumption, and you will neither gain nor lose weight (in other words, make sure you eat as much and no more than your body burns off).

    My suggestion:

    Day 1:

    1. Eat a small breakfast.

    2. Go on an early morning run and time yourself also be sure to come back later to track the distance. Run as hard as you can but don't run to fast see if you can at least run two miles without stopping. Push yourself to the physical extreme where you can barely make it back to your house.

    3. Eat a small very healthy high-carb (yes carbs are usually good because they can be low calorie just make sure you know how many calories are in what you eat).

    4. Lift weights for your thigh and calf muscles. Try to use a heavy weight, a weight heavy enough for you to do 6-10 repetitions with (complete the motion 6-10 times). Then do as many sit-ups as you can. Hold a weight heavy enough that you can only do 6-10 sit-ups while holding it. Than wait for your muscles to regain their strength, and repeat for as long as you want to build muscle (but don't worry, you won't start to develope huge manly muscles).

    5. Eat a very low calorie and healthy dinner (dinner tends to be a very high-calorie meal. Always make sure that throughout the entire day you only eat 600 calories worth of food).

    6. Run the same route as you did in the morning, and see if you can complete it faster.

    7. Go to bed at any time but make sure you sleep long enough to feel rested for the next day and wake up early enough to begin working out soon.

Day 2-7: Follow the same cycle, while recording your running improvement and weight-lifting achievement. Throughout the day, you can do whatever you want, as long as you get in the workouts and small meals i have provided.

Well I hope this works for you the most important thing to do is to try as hard as possible in every activity. If you do put all of your effort, the results will be as follows:

    1. Much better endurance and a better mile time.

    2. Stronger legs and more defined abs (arm muscles shouldn't be very important but if you want to work them out you can do that too).

    3. Far lower body fat percentage.

    4. Large loss of weight.

Over time these results will be even greater but you might want to rest every now and then to allow your muscles time to recover but for the first week go all out.  If devoted to this plan, you will lose weight!

  3. If you eat 600 calories a day, your metabolism will get totally messed up and your body will hold onto everything and store it as fat to keep you from starving.

The healthiest way to lose weight is about 2-3 lbs a week.

If you watch what you eat and don't go over 1200 calories a day, and burn at least 800 a day with exercise, you will lose 2-3 lbs a week, without messing up your metabolism.

Try eating 3 meals of 300 calories (lean cuisine and smart ones are good for this) and having 3 snacks of 100 calories throughout the day.

    This is what I do:

I walk 5 miles in the morning, burning 500 calories (this takes about 1.5 hours)

    Eat a 300 calorie breakfast at 8am

    100 calorie snack at 11am

    300 calorie lunch around 1pm

    100 calorie snack around 3pm

    300 calorie dinner around 5 or 6

walk 3 miles, takes one hour.

  4. Just watch the amount of food you eat and drink water. Make sure you take a multivitamin everyday. Work out from 4-6 days a week maybe less if you haven't or don't work out. Try walking for an hour on the days you do and move up to running or something. Once you have burned the fat you want to loose then start to work on building muscle because if you don't burn the fat you will just get bigger building up muscle under your fat - which is not what you want.

If you can and want to join a gym or have a bike those are two fun ways to get into shape. Gyms have great classes which help keep you motivated which is more useful than taking it on yourself. The teachers are always willing to give advice. I take spinning classes at my gym since I have a road bike at home. I love it and its a great way to get slimmer and its tons of cardio. Although I haven't lost much weight but I cant loose much anyways so thats not my main worry. I have on the other hand trimmed but a good bit. I probably lost maybe 5 lbs I am built with tons of muscle from being a swimmer for ten years.

So just eat right and work out and you should be go to go.

Good luck and stick with it and youll be very happy. Working out makes you happier anyways and once you get into a routine youll love it and once you see the results you will just keep going!
