What are some effective weight-loss products?

That do not contain harmful things such as ephedra or any sort of stimulant? I'm about 5'7, 5'8 and weigh 159 (which is too much in my opinion) and I want to lose 20 lbs. I feel disgusting and want to get rid of it. I exercise often and I eat right but its not enough.
