    Global human societies could get entirely restructured.

    It could come about simply due to "peak oil" production and rising demand and prices.  Any additional taxes to address global warming will only accelerate the economic pain we'll feel as these two issues converge on us.

  5. well everything we use use's fuel for example: electricity, cars, engines, facfilites, air conditioner , etc. pretty much anything u can think of uses fuel...
