Global human societies could get entirely restructured.

It could come about simply due to "peak oil" production and rising demand and prices.  Any additional taxes to address global warming will only accelerate the economic pain we'll feel as these two issues converge on us.

well everything we use use's fuel for example: electricity, cars, engines, facfilites, air conditioner , etc. pretty much anything u can think of uses fuel...

Usually a shortage of fuel means that people cannot cook food adequately or purify water adequately, which means that water borne diseases like cholera run rampant. A shortage of fuel hampers industry, commerce, shipping, power generation, and so on. In short the effects can be catastrophic.
