  1. being overweight but not always the case, your muscles will have no tone ( I'm sure you would rather that did nt happen) You will have less energy , believe me , I was able to lose 40 pounds and become non-diabetic but i still watch what i eat and do minimal exercise daily and that's all it takes along with smaller portions. Do no crash diet it is the worst thing you can do

    Eat 5 small meals daily to keep your metabolism up and over time not only will you feel better you will lose the weight for good.


  2. weight gain, weakness, lack of muscles, a weak heart, breathing problems, SO many.  

  3. They will get FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

  4. bored with life... soon to be unhappy and maybe depressed

  6. depression.....ronreyness....lack of muscle....ummm   lazyness.  It sucks if your thinking of trying don't.
