    Fluid Retention Tea

    (its all natural and has helped me)



    1 oz. dandelion root

    1 oz. dandelion leaves

    2/3 oz. nettle leaves

    2/3 oz. spearmint leaves

    Steep in 1 cup boiling water for about 10 minutes.  Strain; drink.  This tea aids metabolism and stimulates the kidneys which reduces bloating and fluid retention.
