  1. Norms:  Bo Peep is a quiet submissive female.  The cowboy is energetic, adventurous, and gregarious.  The dinosaur is depicted in a reverse role (he is very timid).  The boy is expected to get toys for his birthday (that's a weird norm when you think about it).  Sid is your stereotypical destructive young man and his sister a stereotypical young girl who cares about her dollies and has tea parties.

Examples of subculturation are the army men.  They adhere to their own rules, bureaucratic organization, and norms of behavior.  Similarly, the aliens in the robograb machine thing are kind of both a subculture and a counterculture.

Examples of countercultures:  Sid, he acts outside of the cultural norms we have.  The aliens are a kind of counterculture because they do not rely on the overarching cultural expectations.  The only contact they have with the outside world is through their diety (The claw).

Values...  Oh boy, just look at how much commercialism is exhalted in that movie, what does that say about our value systems.

Ethnocentrism is exhibited through a lack of accepting buzz's lifestyle and norms.  He wants to be a spaceman, that is just not something that the other toys can wrap their minds around.

I think that should be enough to get you started.
