  1. Somehow, I get the feeling you're asking for help to do your home work.

Thermal energy = heat. Anything that feels hot to the touch, can be associated with heat. There is however, two components, one that you can measure with a thermometer, sensible heat, and one that you can't, latent heat. Latent heat is when you heat water to boiling point, the temperature stays put at 100 deg. C, but you notice that more heat is being given, this heat can that you continue to give after reaching 100 deg. C, is used to supply to the water's latent heat requirement to change its phase into the gaseous form.

Electromagnetic energy = Light is a form of electromagnetic energy, but i am not sure if you can define it this way. Examples of Electromagnetic waves are light (visible), radiation (gamma ray, X-ray, radio wave), infra red, ultra violet... they are the vibration of the electro-magnetic field. Am not sure if they can be called energy... it's a little tricky to define this.

Electrical energy... examples... this is actually a form of energy by itself... I mean you use this form of energy almost all the time, but you very seldom use it for your purpose... typically it gets transformed to different forms for your uses, i.e. lights, motion, heating (and cooling).
