What are some excercises is there for faster punch?

or anything i can do to have a faster punch.. i'm reallly slow with my left. how can i punch faster but keep my power punch,, what can i do.. say i was fighting a skinny guy who was a super fast puncher.. and is just non stop swings.. how can i keep up with him.. cuzz when i punch i can sock once and its hard for me to keep punching i gota reset and all that... what can i do for a strong fast punch with both arms

  1. do plyometric training for your upper body,


  2. work the speed bag and work on foot movement. practice hitting fast and you will get faster. you'll need to go to a boxing gym where you can learn this and much more

  3. Try shadow boxing with weights in your hands. Go 3 minute rounds, but do only half of the time with the weights. Punch as fast and as often as you can.

    Try nonstop punching for a whole round (like shadowboxing but just jabs). Increase your speed from round to round.

    Try nonstop punching sprints (10 seconds as fast as you can then 50 seconds rest, 8 repetitions)

    Speedball training also could help.

    All these exercises will develope your stamina and speed.
