  1. go out dancing


  2. Get on a bike or scooter or motorcycle. It will help you meet people--fun and outgoing. If you don't have a bike or scooter you can rent one for a few hours. Take a fun class.  Think--, and write down your true interests. Then pursue them. Soon, you will feel more like yourself; like-minded people and true kindred friendships will begin.

  5. well if you think having fun and being crazy are the same you are allready mentally unstable. having fun is when you enjoy yourself and maybe with others. crazy is when you connot control your actoins and do things sane perons would not normally do.  just be yourself as that is all any of us can be

  9. generally speaking anything that makes your body to move and burn energy has a great effect on your mood it doesn't have to be a particular exercise. But if you want to get into specifics aerobics is good or even jugging.

    LOL, but to be more active and playful, it's best if you warm up, do a slight jog, stretch and eat a bit of candy to get your heart pumping!
